I have made a payment but the invoice is still unpaid?

If you have made a payment but the invoice is still unpaid the most likely reason is that the payment reference was incorrect. 

To fix this you need to contact us at support@billogram.com with the following information about your payment. 

  • Date
  • Amount
  • Payment reference
  • Correct payment

We can locate your payment and manually match it with your invoice with this information.
