Under the heading 'Bookkeeping settings' you can set the posting accounts you want when you are in the Bookkeeping section. Here you can also change the settings for generating SIE4 files.
Note that no reporting will be changed retroactively. For example, a change to an income account will only be updated for future bookkeeping events.
We therefore recommend that you or your accounting firm change these settings before you send your first invoice. However, you are able to correct your records afterwards but you will have to do it manually. You can also add your accounting firm as a team member to allow them access to the reports and change the settings to match their needs
If you have specific posting accounts for certain articles, you can change their settings for each article in your article index under Products/services.
