Why has Billogram made a withdrawal from my account?

You have probably received an invoice from a company who uses Billogram to create and send their invoices, and scheduled a payment with BilloPay

A scheduled payment can only be done from invoices received through email, so search for "Billogram" in your mail box and you should find the invoice connected to this payment. 

 

Hint! If you share the account with someone else, also check with him or her if they have scheduled any payments.
