There might be different reasons to why your company is not approved for invoicing, but the follow two are the most common:
There is an unpaid invoice to Billogram
If your company has an unpaid invoice to us, and it has been moved to debt collection, your company will be suspended from invoicing until it's fully paid. If you are unable to find the invoice, please contact us at support@billogram.com and we'll be happy to assist you
The company has not provided an approved KYC form
