Refund to bank account

If you have made an incorrect payment, or paid too much, we can help you with a refund to the same bank account the payment was made from. 

Since the bank doesn't include any information about the sender's bank information, we need to ask for a proof of payment so we can ensure the money goes back to the payer.

A screenshot of the payment is sufficient and needs to have all of the following information present:

  • Amount
  • Date of payment
  • OCR/Reference number
  • Account number
