If you have made an incorrect payment, or paid too much, we can help you with a refund to the same bank account the payment was made from.
Since the bank doesn't include any information about the sender's bank, we need to ask for a proof of payment so we can ensure the money goes back to the payer.
A screenshot of the payment is sufficient and needs to have all of the following information present:
- Belopp
- Betaldatum
- Betalreferens/OCR-nummer
- Mottagande Bankgironummer
- Avsändande kontonummer
