Why does nothing happen when I start the Mobile BankID app?

When you open the Mobile BankID app, the personal number that is registered with the company where you are a customer will be used to start the identification. If you are logging in on behalf of someone else who has an account with the invoicing company, they need to start the Mobile BankID app on their mobile phone and complete the identification for you.

  1. Click Log in to start the identification.Continue_to_invoice.png
  2. If you have clicked the Log in button, you will be automatically be switched to your Mobile BankID app, once identified your invoice will be opened for you to view.

If the identification still doesn’t start, there may be a temporary issue related to the BankID service. We then recommend that you try again later.
