How do I change or delete my automatic payments?

If you already have automatic payments activated but wish for the current account to be changed to a new one, that can easily be done. 

To be able to do so you will need: 

  • Mobilt BankID
  • An account that is connected to your social security number

How to:

  1. Start by going to Payments through one of your previous invoices. You can access this by the link in an earlier email you have received. 
  2. Choose Settings in the right corner.

  3. In the box for Payments you can change which bank or account the payments should be withdrawn from, or to inactivate the automatic payments.

  4. Choose Change and you will be forwarded to a new page with settings

  5. Choose Change and you will active a new autogiro just like the first time you activated automatic payments. 
  6. If you want to deactivate the automatic payments you choose Deactivate. If you want to withdraw your consent fully you can do like this.
  7. Confirm the change with your Mobile BankID

Good to know

If you deactivate your automatic payments only withdraws on future invoices will be stopped. If you want to withdraw your consent fully you can do like this.
